Lately I have been drawing a lot of chickens and roosters for a commissioned project. As I grew more confident in my construction of a chicken I decided to try my hand at painting one. I went for a quaint scene of a mother hen and her chick. I love how the feathers glow and seem to shine bright in the morning sun.
